Terms of Use

Srikaaram Matrimony is an online matrimonial platform that helps members and registered marriage bureaus find suitable matches. By registering or using the service you confirm you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Srikaaram is an "intermediary" under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

You must be at least 18 years old, of legal marriageable age in India (21 for men, 18 for women), unmarried or legally eligible to remarry, and legally competent to enter into a contract. The service may be used only for genuine matrimonial purposes for yourself or a close relative with their consent. You must not use the service if you have previously been removed for a breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account. One person may maintain only one genuine profile. We may require verification (phone, email, selfie or Government ID) to keep the community safe.

You agree not to: post false, misleading, obscene, defamatory or unlawful content; harass, abuse, stalk, threaten or impersonate any person; solicit money, spam, advertise or promote other services; collect, store, scrape or misuse other members' data; or use another member's contact details for anything other than a bona fide matrimonial approach. Contact details shared with you are confidential. We may moderate, suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these rules.

You remain responsible for the photos, profile details and messages you submit and confirm you have the right to share them. You grant Srikaaram a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display and process your content solely to operate the service. As an intermediary we do not author member content; on receiving a valid complaint or a lawful order we will act on unlawful content in accordance with the IT Act and the Intermediary Guidelines, 2021.

Verification badges (photo, video or ID) indicate that a check was carried out and are aids to trust only — they are not a guarantee of any member's identity, intentions, marital status or claims. Always exercise your own judgement, verify independently, and meet safely.

Member plans (monthly, quarterly, annual) and any per-contact unlocks, and bureau plans, are billed in advance through our payment partner, Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable; a tax invoice is issued for paid plans. Auto-renewal, plan features and cancellation terms are shown at the time of purchase and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

New members receive a 60-day free trial with 25 free contact/chat unlocks. Beyond these limits an active subscription is required to view contact details or chat. We may set fair-use limits (for example, daily interest or messaging caps) to protect the community.

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. You may deactivate or permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete or deactivate account. Accrued fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Srikaaram facilitates introductions but does not arrange marriages, does not independently verify every claim a member makes, and gives no warranty that you will find a match or that any information is accurate. Any decision to communicate, meet or marry is yours alone and at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Srikaaram and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for the conduct of any member or third party. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months before the claim. You agree to indemnify Srikaaram against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service or these Terms.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints may be sent to our Grievance Officer, NOT YET NAMED PUBLICLY (contact support@srikaaram.in), at grievance@srikaaram.in. We will acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 15 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows the current version and continued use means you accept the changes.
